Check-in pre-registered runners and cyclists or help people register on-site.  Hand out race bibs/numbers and shirts.

We have spots on Friday late afternoon/eventing on Saturday evening.

Positioned at an intersection on the run or bike route, Course Monitors point participants in the right direction and let drivers know that they may not enter the closed 5K race course.

Provide water for the runners/bikers on the course or drinks/food for participants after the race/ride.

Some of the other volunteer positions include bike SAG drivers, pre- and post-event setup/cleanup,  Friday truck loading, etc.
